- Engagement data refers to uploaded documents, logs of conversations, preferences, and the email addresses and names of customers who message the service. This data is used to deliver the service and improve its performance.
- Technical data includes information like your IP address, browser type, operating system, device details, and cookie identifiers, which ensures service functionality and allows us to optimize performance.
- Payment data, such as your name, payment method, billing address, and payment details, is securely processed via our trusted third-party provider, Stripe.
We collect data directly from you when you use our services, automatically through tracking technologies, and through integrations with other services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. However, we may share your data with trusted service providers that support our operations, including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, DigitalOcean, Anthropic, Microsoft, and Google. Data may also be shared if required to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights. Additionally, non-identifiable, anonymized data may be used for analytics or marketing purposes.

We implement robust security measures to ensure the safety of your information, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and hosting on secure platforms like Supabase. Your data is never used to train AI models, and we use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to assist Nora in generating replies.
Data Retention
We retain your data indefinitely to provide our services. This includes uploaded documents, conversation logs, and customer contact details. Upon verified account deletion, we will delete all user data unless retention is required by law.
Children’s Data
Nora’s services are not directed to children under 18. If we inadvertently collect data from a child, we will delete it promptly upon notification.
